Test Shots

I've added the song "A Rush and a Push and The Land is Ours" by alternative music band The Smiths over this video as I feel it helps to define the kind of music my artists would be producing - I could look at an image, listen to the song... and if I felt they were 100% mismatched, it meant that image did not fit the bill for my alternative music magazine.
In having to justify each of my decisions as to what I would and would not use, I learnt a lot about the kind of image I'm striving for my magazine to have, and also began to think towards the future, and gauge which kind of image I would be able to edit effectively etc. Not only this but I am exceedingly glad I employed the technique of getting as many photos as possible - this saved time in the long run as it meant I never had the issue of needing to return to specific locations with specific people in order to get a certain shot. Furthermore, on a more technical side, I've learnt how to use Windows Movie Maker, and how to lay a song over an image/film. This had simply helped me broaden my knowledge of the multiple film editing software there is available, and helped me learn some aspects of film which will help me later on in life.
